This is just a demonstration site- NATTA does not go independent of the OU until Sept 2009.
Renew- NATTA newsletter
Renewable energy news and policy
The original and best source of up to date news and analysis just got better!
Renew is the 34 page bimonthly newsletter of NATTA, the Network for Alternative Technology and Technology Assessment.
NATTA was set up in 1976, with its base at the Open University. Renew was launched in 1979. Now in its 30th year, Renew has been widely recognized as a leading source of up to date and reliable information.
NATTA is now independent of the OU, and Renew is now offered to NATTA members in PDF format in colour.
Renew covers UK and world news and development in the area of renewables and sustainable energy - bringing you news of new wind, wave, tidal, solar, biomass, geothermal, hydro projects and technical breakthroughs. It also offers critical analysis of the policy context in which these new energy supply technologies are emerging and operating.
It also looks at energy efficiency, and at the wider debates over energy use and climate change. We've included a sample, if you want to see what it looks like:
And then, to keep up to date:

NATTA forum and contacts
NATTA was set up to provide a communication channel for people involved with or interested in renewable energy.
On this web site you will see a NATTA natter icon- that's for our forum, which enables you discuss energy related issues with us and other NATTA members. The usual e- conference rules apply: be positive, not aggressive or rude!
We welcome news, articles, commentary, or letters for consideration for publication in Renew. Original photos too.
Renew On-Line We also produce an on-line version of parts of the news section of Renew. See Renew On-Line (ROL) which covers parts of the current issue of the full Renew. Recent back issues of ROL (which started at Renew 101) are in the Archive.
